Hanzevast asked us to create a concept for one of their vacant buildings in their real estate portfolio. Based upon the potentials of the office building itself, a design by the famous architect Cees Dam, combined with the ambition of Hanzevast and the market opportunities we have created Greenish. A sustainable real estate concept.
Everything about Greenish is green, from the looks outside till the foundation and business operations. A building with an electric car to share, a green facade as natural sun blinds and a biological canteen. A consious building, integrated all throughout the identity. All of a sudden brokers were talking about the additional value in stead of vacant square meters. The vulnerable search for renters changes in an arrogant admission for sustainable companies.
